This line is made up of different process modules in a compact configuration, allowing us to achieve the customer’s target of processing the wide cable range of our customer who supplies mainly to lifting industry companies.

This time, the challenge was to develop a line capable of processing flat cables but also round twisted cables such as 0.75x15 + 1x1.5. The fact of guaranteeing the perfect process according to the specific needs of this customer was the key which allowed us to get the project against other options.

The line is mounted on a motorized mobile platform to move in along of a reel rack. Our Softwinding management control software optimizes the movements of the platform and is linked to the customer's ERP, which allows fast and easy order management while reporting exactly the number of meters cut. This allows an strict control of the cable stock.
