The measuring and coiling machines type DTR are used when cables, conductors, etc. have to be uncoiled from original coils, reels on jacks or reels in racks and to be measured at the same time. The complete working process is carried out from one power source.

Range of application
With this measuring and coiling machine, type DTR, you can; make coils or fill small wooden drums of cable with a maximum weight of 800 Kg and measuring cable of a diameter between 1 to 60 mm.

Cable length measuring equipment must offer accurate measurements, both for the cable supplier and for the customer.

The lifting and lowering of the reel and the coil is done hydraulically by means of a cylinder and driven by a hydraulic motor-pump with electro valves.

Accessory for our winding machine type DTR, brand LOIMEX, with an additional motor in the machine and an exchangeable shaft input.
It is supplied with a 25mm diameter exchangeable shaft with a dragging plate, to use any kind of spools with a maximum diameter of 450mm and with a maximum width of 350mm.
Cable cutters
The cable cutters are integrated in the cable meter and facilitate the use of the same in the machine, providing greater safety and quality in the cable cut. Depending on the meter and the type of cable to be cut, there are different solutions for coupling the meter.
