Cutting line consists in an unwinder for drums up to 2.5m and 5Tn, an automatic cutting machine to length and a coiler for cables up to 44mm outer diameter.
Special request from a customer, to be able to unwind 24 drums at the same time at a low speed for an extrusion process.
We travelled to Wrexham (UK) for the commissioning and training of a TRG250 with our largest measurer, the M100. Now our client can coil up to 2.5 m in diameter and 5 Tn and measure cables up to 100 mm. diameter
Commissioning at Nexans of a gantry line with automatic tension control, for the cut of cable into smaller coils.
We travel for the training of 2 complete automatic unwinding and winding lines, at Lapp USA logistics center
