Automatic winders — COMBINED REELING AND COILING MACHINE

TRG200

Automatic machine to fill reels and make coils with flexible or semirigid electrical cable. With a robust, compact and agile design to reduce displacement times, with quick, accurate mechanisms which reduce preparation times, and high coiling speed. All the machine movements are made electrically or hydraulically, without any effort on behalf of the operator.

Range of use:

Cables and similar from 1 to 100 mm de Ø.
Wire rope Ø 1 to 55 mm.
Wooden drums from 600 to 2 000 mm Ø.
Maximum weight 3 000 / 4 000 Kg

Placement for take-up: The reel is placed between the arms, which move hydraulically to grasp it and elevate it. These movements are carried out through buttons located on the front of the machine, allowing us to see the positioning is correct, or through the touchscreen on the main control panel
